Website information
Privacy
This page explains website records, planned premium signals subscriptions and member access, and the independent providers involved.
Website information
There are no website accounts. Premium checkout is currently closed. The previous broker referral verification form is retired.
Hosting records
The public website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical records such as IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs and timestamps for security and service operation. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Currency display
We use the country code associated with your connection, supplied by Cloudflare, to automatically set GBP, EUR or USD for membership pricing and checkout. The endpoint does not request GPS access or save a currency preference. A VPN or travel may affect the detected region; unavailable or other locations default to USD. Prices are fixed, so currency detection does not request exchange rates.
Trading tool preferences
Our trading tools calculate in your browser. Supported tools offer an explicit option to remember selected currency pairs, display or account currencies, or the session clock’s time zone. Saving is off until you choose it. These preferences stay in local browser storage and are not sent to us. This option does not save account amounts, trade prices, conversion rates or imported datasets. Switch off the option to remove that tool’s saved selections, or clear this site’s browser data to remove local records.
The trading journal saves closed-trade records, notes, account currency and starting balance only when you enable its browser-saving option. These financial records remain in local storage on this device and are not uploaded to us. Use Remove saved copy to delete them while keeping the current working page, or clear this site’s browser data. CSV imports are processed locally; exported files remain under your control. Avoid saving on shared devices and keep backups. The historical FX lab also processes uploaded CSV files locally without saving them between visits.
The academy offers optional progress saving. If you enable it, completed lesson identifiers are stored in this browser under a versioned academy key. Quiz answers and progress are not sent to us. Use Clear academy progress to remove that record, switch off saving to remove the saved record while retaining the current page's progress, or clear this site's browser data. Progress does not synchronise between devices. With saving disabled or unavailable, progress may be lost when you leave the page.
Search, bookmarks and study calendars
Site search runs in your browser using a bundled resource index. Search terms are not sent to a search provider or saved in local storage. A search submitted into the page URL can appear in your browser history, shared links and ordinary hosting records when that URL is requested.
Choosing Save on a resource records its catalogue identifier in this browser. Saved items have no website account and do not synchronise across devices. You can remove individual items or clear the saved list from Saved resources. Clearing this site’s browser data also removes these records. Avoid saving private work on a shared browser.
The study-calendar tool creates a calendar file locally from your selected dates, times and reminder options. We do not receive your calendar details, send background notifications or subscribe you to email. Importing the file gives those event details to your chosen calendar application; that application manages alerts, synchronisation and deletion under its own settings and privacy terms.
Website measurement
The Google Analytics script loads only after you choose Accept analytics. It measures page visits, calculator completions and clicks showing membership interest, helping us distinguish organic-search traffic from other visits. Reported application events contain only a public page path and a calculator category; account amounts, trade prices, conversion rates, search terms and imported files are not sent. Automatic form, scroll and outbound-link tracking is disabled. Google receives technical connection information such as IP address and browser details when its script is loaded. See Google’s privacy policy.
Declining analytics sends no requests to Google Analytics. Your choice is stored locally for up to 90 days. With consent, Google sets analytics cookies configured to expire after 90 days. Use Analytics settings in the footer to change your choice; declining then stops application reporting and removes the Google Analytics cookies this site can access. It cannot undo information already sent to Google. Analytics covers consenting visitors, so counts will not include every organic visitor. There is no advertising pixel, and membership pages do not collect broker account IDs.
Subscription and member access
When subscriptions open, Stripe will process checkout details and payment information under its own privacy policy. We do not receive complete card details or trading-account passwords.
The planned billing service records the checkout and subscription identifiers, selected currency, payment status and paid access period. Member onboarding connects the subscription to a Telegram user identifier to manage private-channel access. Telegram operates its platform under its own privacy policy.
Operator and data-controller details, a public privacy/support contact, retention periods, applicable lawful basis, processors and information about privacy rights will be published before paid subscriptions open. Checkout remains closed while these details and delivery setup are completed.
Market charts
Market centres offer optional TradingView charts. We request the provider script only when you choose Load TradingView chart. Loading it connects your browser to TradingView and its data services, which receive technical connection information, the embedding page URL and the selected widget configuration. Removing the chart stops displaying the embedded frame but does not undo information already sent. Provider pages opened through external links have their own privacy terms. See TradingView’s privacy policy.
Economic calendar
The economic calendar connects to TradingView automatically when you open the calendar page with JavaScript enabled. TradingView receives your IP address, the embedding page URL and widget information. Changing a filter reloads the provider view. Leaving the page removes its embedded frame, but cannot undo information already sent; returning to the page loads the calendar again. Its widget documentation (opens in a new tab) states that widgets do not set cookies. TradingView controls the embedded content and its data handling; see its privacy policy (opens in a new tab).

Learning questions and corrections
If you submit a learning question or correction, InsomniCapital stores its text, related page, submission time and moderation status in Cloudflare D1. Do not send names, contact details, account information or other private records. We do not ask for an email or create a learner account.
A submission is private until an operator approves an edited question and educational answer. Publication replaces the original question with the edited version. There is no guaranteed response time. Private submissions expire after 90 days and are deleted on the next queue access or maintenance run. Edited published questions and answers remain until withdrawn.
The receipt shown after submission is a private access code; only its hash is stored. Keep it to check status or remove your submission and its published answer using the questions form. A lost code cannot be recovered through email. Removal from the active database does not instantly remove copies held in Cloudflare backups or search-engine caches.
For abuse control, we store a salted daily hash of the connection IP in a submission counter, expiring within 48 hours. The moderation database does not store raw IP addresses. Cloudflare may separately process technical connection records under its privacy policy. No third-party CAPTCHA or email notification is used.
Practice and market data
The trading simulator and module assessments run in your browser. Attempts and journal notes are not sent to us or saved automatically. A journal download is a local file. Optional course saving records study completion and checkpoint passes separately in this browser. Our market dashboard fetches reference data through our website; the ECB does not receive a direct request from your browser for that feed.
